Shipping & Postage

As we are a small family business, we generally pack orders twice a week. 
Postage is calculated based on weight.
Once your order is packed it will then be dispatched and sent via Couriers Please or Australia Post (for PO Box, Locked Bags, Tasmania or remote QLD/WA/NT). Also, Amber Teething product are sent by regular post. 
Depending on the courier companies capacity it can take 5-10 business days but we will provide you with a tracking number so you will be able to see where your order is located. 
Please note that Couriers Please will leave an Attempted Delivery card if you are not home to receive the package. You will then have 48 hours to respond and reschedule the delivery. If you would like us to put an 'authority to leave' on your order please email us or add it to your cart. By adding an authority to leave you agree to void your insurance cover.
Also, if you live in the Northern Beaches of Sydney we offer a pick up from our home office / warehouse in Avalon for online orders. Please send us an email to arrange a time and day for pick up. At the check out please use the code PICKUPSYDONLY to remove the shipping fees. Any orders which incorrectly use this code will be charged shipping prior to orders being dispatched.
