Returns

We are happy to replace any faulty goods within 90 days of purchase. Faulty nappies are nappies with faults in the elastic, colour fading, delamination, seams, or snap fasteners. Replacements are not offered where the nappies have been damaged by misuse (i.e. not following our care and wash instructions), normal wear or tear or nappies that leak or smell.

We will aim to replace your faulty nappy with the same colour/pattern (subject to availability).

Unused products can be returned to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
